Ankur vol.1 is a craft beer growler dispenser inspired by biomimicry and traditional beer barrels.

Ankur vol.1 aims to eliminate the growler problem and allows you to become your own bartender at home. The mechanism allows for the excess oxygen from the growler's headspace to be purged, thus maintaining the quality of the brew just as the brewer intended. 

The wooden case shields the growler from light and keeps the brew inside cold through the use of an insulation jacket. 

The CO2 regulator and flow control tap minimize foaming and ensure the correct level of pressure for the perfect pour.
